Our Erasmus+ KA2 project in ‘Developing Adaptive Expertise for Effective Learning Environments’ decided to hold a transnational project meeting in Ghent, Belgium from 23-24 September. Due to travel restrictions for some partners, the meeting was a hybrid event – with online participants connecting via Zoom.
A very busy and productive time it was, with many key decisions being made about the project and its activities. Such activities included creating an inspirational guide for teachers on adaptive expertise (AE), populating a platform with AE tools, tips, and techniques, and organising conferences to disseminate the information.
Participants in Ghent were able to take in a cultural river and walking tour, which showcased the history and beauty of this Flemish city. The meeting culminated in a delicious traditional Flemish dinner which afforded everyone to get to know each other in person.
